1. Minnesota permit to carry course - You are required to take this course before you go to the Sheriff’s department to get you MN permit to carry. We will teach you the do’s and don’ts while carrying a firearm in public. We will cover the justified use of force/deadly force. We will go over situational awareness, and how to not look like an “easy target” for bad people. We will cover pros and cons to certain firearms and ammunition, as well as show you how to properly and safely handle a firearm. We will also cover all of the state statutes that apply to you while you are carrying in public. The cost for this course is $90 if you are getting your permit for the first time, or $70 if you are renewing an existing permit to carry. We also offer a group discount for private classes of 4 or more people. We can travel to your home for a class, and everybody attending will save $5 off their class fee.

2. Private group permit to carry classes - This is great if you have a group of 4 or more people. We will travel to your location, and if you reach out to me, you will get great discounts for your class. The cost for this is $90 for a new permit, or $70 for a renewal per person, however you will receive a good discount for setting up the group, and reaching out to me to teach your group.

   The discount for the host is $5 per person that is in the group, including themselves with no group limit. If you have a group of 4, you will earn $20. If you have a group of 20, you will earn $100.

3. Handgun basics - In this class, you will learn the basics to carrying and shooting a handgun. We will go over the functions of a handgun, and what all of the functions do. We will take you to the range, and teach you how to properly hold your handgun, and go over some simple methods, such as trigger control, sight alignment and sight picture, which will allow you to make very nice, accurate shots into your target. The cost for this course is $30/hour/person, with a 2 hour minimum payment required.

4. Advanced handgun - In this class, you will be expected to already know the basics, and you must already possess a MN permit to carry, which we will happily provide for you. This class is usually offered after taking the Handgun basics class. We will cover some more combative handgun skills such as moving while shooting, shooting from multiple positions, and shouting commands while taking your shots. This is a physical class which will require you to move around a lot, and shoot at multiple targets. If you want to take your defensive shooting to the next level, this is definitely the class for you. Cost for this class is $60/hour/person with a 2 hour minimum payment required.

5. Marksmanship simplified - This is a 2 hour course that will take us through the process of getting the student to get very small groups on the target, and hitting where the student intends to hit. There are several simple shooting drills that you will be following along with on the range to enhance your shooting abilities with a handgun. Cost for this course is $80/person.

6. Women’s only specialized defense - This is handgun class tailored specifically for women. We will cover the basic, intermediate, and advanced levels of handgun defense that is put in a format that is easy to understand for new shooters, and it gives great examples of how to properly and safely handle a firearm. This class is perfect for females that want to learn how to shoot a handgun, but they don’t want to be stuck in a classroom full of a bunch of guys. This course is designed for groups of 3 or more women. Cost for the class is $180 for a group of 3, and an additional $40/person after the third. You may bundle this with the Permit to carry course for an additional $40/person.

7. Countering the mass shooter threat - In this course, we will cover things that we know about mass shooters, and the leading factors that lead up to these horrible events. We will show you the signs that someone is troubled, and possibly are thinking these horrible thoughts that lead up to an event. We will show you how the firearm type and amount of ammunition used during these past shootings have changed the outcome of the mass shooting. We will teach you how to possibly stop a mass shooting before it even happens. We will also teach you how to fight back, and win if you were unfortunate to be caught in the middle of a mass shooting. We offer this course for free to church groups. For other groups, the price for the course is $600 no matter how many people wish to attend.

8. Emergency first aid fundamentals - In this course we will show you how to treat the wounded. We will cover first aid for first, second and third degree burns. We will show you how to triage, and do patient assessments to find out how serious the wound is, and how to treat the wound. We will cover everything from a bee sting, to a gun shot or knife wound to a broken femur. We will cover all of these scenarios in great detail, and even get some hands on with different tools for treating wounds, and will also cover CPR, and bandaging. Cost for this course is a $450 group rate no matter how many people attend. This could also be bundled with the “Countering the mass sooter threat” course for $800 for both courses.

9. Birthday/bachelor parties, etc. at the range - Reach out to us for a special quote for your next major event that you want to have at the range. We will provide the firearms, ammo, range safety officers, ear protection, targets and anything else that you may need for your event.
